I ordered a product from WGM. How do I access the program?

You should receive download instructions through email 10 minutes after purchase. You will receive several welcome emails from us PLUS a receipt. One of the emails will contain login information.

If you do not receive this email please contact support immediately (support@winggirlmethod.com) and one of our support wing girls will send you your login info within 24 hours.

I don’t know my members portal password and/or username

If you don’t know your members portal password and/or username, please contact support@winggirlmethod.com and we will send it to you ASAP.

I'm trying to reset my password but it’s not working.

Technology sucks sometimes doesn’t it!!!!??? If you are having trouble reseting your password, please clear your cache and also contact our support team.

Can I view my purchases on an iPhone or tablet?

YES. All of our programs are mobile-friendly.

How do I unsubscribe from emails from WGM?

Next time you get an email from WGM, scroll to the bottom to adjust and edit your subscription settings.

Will my program be delivered to my house?

All of our programs are digital programs. You will have access to them immediately after purchase through your members portal.
